Mole and Skin Lesion Treatment

At Zest Skin Spa, we specialise in advanced electrolysis for the safe and precise reduction or removal of common skin blemishes and lesions. With over 20 years of experience in electrolysis and advanced skin treatments, we provide a professional, clinically informed service designed to deliver effective results while prioritising skin health and safety.

If you are considering removing a Mole, Wart, Seborrhoeic Keratosis, Syringoma, Xanthoma, or other skin lesion, your first step is a consultation.  Your safety is always our priority. Before any cosmetic removal is carried out, we must ensure the lesion is benign and suitable for treatment.

During your consultation, we will:

  • Carry out a detailed discussion about your lesion and any changes you may have noticed

  • Perform a dermatoscopic examination to closely assess the structure and characteristics of the lesion

  • Determine whether it is appropriate for cosmetic removal

  • Provide clear, professional advice on your next steps

If there is any uncertainty about the nature of the lesion, we work with SpotCheck, our dermatology partner, to obtain a formal professional report. This ensures you receive the highest level of clinical oversight.

If a lesion is confirmed as safe and benign, we can proceed with cosmetic removal. If medical treatment is more appropriate, we will guide you on the correct referral pathway

If suitable for cosmetic removal, treatment is priced according to:

  • The type of lesion

  • The number of lesions

  • The size and area being treated

  • The complexity of the Lesion

Prices start from £195. Treatment costs will be confirmed at your consultation.

All treatments are performed by highly trained practitioners using Advanced Electrolysis to ensure both precise and optimal cosmetic outcomes.

Consultation

Before any cosmetic lesion removal can be carried out, a thorough assessment is essential. During this consultation, we carefully examine your skin lesion using dermatoscopy to ensure it is benign and suitable for treatment. This step protects your safety, ensures we are working within best practice guidelines, and allows us to provide clear, professional advice on the most appropriate next steps, whether that is cosmetic removal, monitoring or medical referral if required.
