Consultations and Patch Tests

Consultations are vital to ensure a successful treatment programme and skincare regime. This is why we offer a consulting service free in all of our Spas.  Our trained skin professionals will ask you to complete a consultation form before using a hands on approach to analysing your skin. They are trained to ask questions which help to establish your skin type, current routine, effects of your lifestyle and desired results.

Informed consent ensures that you have all the necessary information about potential risks, benefits, and alternatives before undergoing any treatment. It empowers you to make an educated decision about your own body and well-being. Whether you’re considering a facial, laser/IPL treatment, or any aesthetic procedure, take the time to discuss your concerns with a qualified professional. Ask questions, understand the possible outcomes, and ensure your expectations align with a realistic result.

Patch Tests are a legal requirement to ensure the health and safety of our clients.  The following treatments require a patch test at least 24 hours prior to treatment:

IPL Hair Removal

IPL Skin Rejuvenation

Lash/Brow Tinting

Lash Lifting

Skin Peels

Patch Tests are required:

• Prior to the first treatment
• If there are any changes to medical history
• If 12 months has passed since the last patch test or treatment
