It’s their job to make sure you leave our Skin Spas looking and feeling your very best.  Training is continual at Zest and is vital to ensure our skills and knowledge remain up to date and the best in the industry.  We thrive on attaining the best results for our clients and each Therapist is chosen to be part of our team as they have a passion to succeed and are results driven. With our Clients wellbeing in mind all of our Therapists are fully insured and qualified to a minimum SVQ level 3.

All of our specialists hold a minimum OFQUAL regulated SVQ/NVQ Level 3 qualification and if not yet achieved are working towards a Level 4/5 qualification.  Continual Professional Development is ongoing for all of our team to ensure their skills and knowledge remain current and relevant. While some of our team continue to offer traditional beauty treatments, our true area of specialism lies in electrolysis and advanced skin health treatments. We are dedicated to delivering results driven treatments that target a range of skin concerns, combining our technical expertise with a personalised approach. At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to helping our clients feel confident in their skin, supported by ongoing training and a deep understanding of skin health.

Louise is a member of the BIAE (British Institute and Association of Electrolysis) and the BDNG (British Dermatology Nursing Group), and is currently studying for a BSc Hons in Integrative Healthcare. Lisa is a leading Advanced Skin Specialist dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin. Her expertise includes Electrolysis and Advanced Electrolysis for Blemish Removal, as well as dermoscopy assessments, offering effective solutions for a wide range of concerns.

Lisa specialises in skin transformations, treating acne, aging, pigmentation, rosacea, and scarring. Her personalised approach blends advanced techniques with in-depth skin knowledge for tailored, effective care. Using dermoscopy, Lisa is able to closely examine moles, marks, and areas of the skin in greater detail, helping to identify any changes or areas of concern at an early stage. Where needed, she can recommend a referral to a doctor or dermatologist for further investigation, giving clients extra peace of mind alongside their regular skin care.

As a member of the British Institute and Association of Electrolysis (BIAE) and the British Dermatological Nursing Group (BDNG), Lisa remains current with industry developments. Her commitment to ongoing learning ensures clients receive the highest standard of treatment and support.
