We strive to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere in all of our skin spas and to make our services accessible to everyone, where possible.
You are invited to relax with a drink and a magazine if you are early for your appointment or wish to take some time to yourself after your treatment too. We have bathroom facilities at all locations for your convenience.
Please ask the team if you need access to WiFi and they will provide you with the password, although all of our locations receive a good 3G and 4G signal. We are happy if clients wish to use their mobile devices in the Spa, as we appreciate life and work can be 24/7, however we kindly request that telephone conversations take place in the reception area and not in the treatment rooms or quiet zones.
Well behaved children are welcome in our skin spas, however, we would highlight to parents and carers that there are items in our treatment rooms and reception areas that are hazardous to young or inquisitive children. We would suggest if you do need to bring a child with you that you bring something to entertain them with, if that’s not possible our team are on hand with pens and paper and creative minds can practise their artistic skills! Please note that our Haymarket Terrace and Haddington Place locations do have steps to access them so larger buggies or prams can be trickier to bring inside. We suggest mentioning at the time of booking if you need to bring little ones with you so we can make sure we have team members on hand to help out if needed.
Our location at Liberton Drive is located on one level and designed to allow easy access for wheelchair users or those who have difficulties on stairs. Our treatment beds are height adjustable and certain treatments can be carried out whilst the client remains in their wheelchair. If you are a wheelchair user, or you want to treat someone who is, please speak to a member of our team who will be happy to advise in order to make your experience as stress free as possible. This location also has free parking and allocated disabled bays.
Whilst we appreciate some clients cannot be parted from their pets, our Skin Spas are not a place to bring them. We must maintain a level of hygiene and also be respectful to clients and staff who may have allergies to animals. We kindly ask that clients do not bring their pets into any of our Skin Spas unless they are registered assistance dogs.
